Installation is completely tool-free and damage-free.The system uses a specialized traceless adhesive sticker designed to hold securely without drilling. When you are ready to move it, the sticker peels away without leaving residue or damaging the surface.

No, your device is perfectly secured inside the station. The interior of the housing is equipped with absorbent foam pads that firmly cushion and hold the phone in place to prevent any movement. Simply open the front panel to its 60° angle, slide your device against these supports, and close it for a secure, watertight fit.

To enjoy high-fidelity audio while you shower, follow these simple steps to pair your device for the first time:
- Power On: Locate the power button on the external tactile control pad and press it until the indicator light flashes.
- Enable Bluetooth: Open the settings on your smartphone and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Search & Connect: Look for the device in your "Available Devices" list (often appearing as a generic audio ID) and select it to pair.
- Insert & Play: Once connected, open the case to its 60° angle, slide your phone against the protective foam pads, and close the latch.
- External Control: You can now skip tracks or adjust the volume directly from the front panel without ever touching your phone with wet hands.

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 13 days, depending on your exact location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center so you can track its progress every step of the way!
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your shower upgrades! If you are not completely satisfied with your CascadeCase, we are here to help.
1. Our 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
2. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: For defective items, we may ask you to provide a short video or photo of the issue. This helps us process your replacement or refund much faster!
3. How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@cascadecase.com.
CRITICAL: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on your package. All returns must be approved by our team first. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
